Green Pastures Studio Facilities seeks a Night Shift Janitor for the Custodial Services department. Work hours are typically from 8:00 PM to 4:30 AM. What do we require from you? Duties include trash pick-up, dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, detail restroom cleaning (private office and public), floor waxing, window cleaning, rearranging furniture, yard maintence etc. Physical exertion requiring standing for long periods, walking, bending, lifting and maneuvering heavy weights up to 50+ lbs. Must be able to communicate effectively with peers, employees, and guests of the film lot, with a basic knowledge of conversational English. Prefer 1-2 years large commercial facilities (medical center, school campus, major hotel) janitorial experience, and knowledge of cleaning chemicals, supplies, and Material Safety Data Sheets MSDS. Valid OK Driver s License required.
