Job Description We are a growing tier 1 automotive company based in Berea, KY that offers its employees full time positions, ACA compatible benefits, weekly pay, paid incentives as well as paid holiday and vacation. SMX at Vitro is currently seeking fork lift operators to carry out various tasks in our busy warehouse. Walk In's welcome to apply from 9:00AM - 3:00PM. Starting productivity rate $16.00/$16.25 leading up to $16.00/$16.25 (with additional $1 hourly attendance bonus). Ask about a $500/$1500 bonus! Job Responsibilities - Unloading materials and merchandise from incoming shipments and stacking them to assigned places. - Locating and moving stock of products to pallets or crates for storage or shipment. - Store goods and raw materials properly in our warehouse - Identifying damages and report shortages or quality deficiencies. - Available to work 8 hour shifts: Monday - Friday (2nd / 3rd) or 12 hour rotating shifts (3-2-2 rotation) (limited availability) - NO High school diploma/GED required - Strong work ethic and organizational skills - Able to multi-task in a fast-paced warehouse environment - Capable of lifting 50 pounds unassisted - Reliable mode of transportation • Full Time • Long Term • 2nd Shift • 3rd Shift Associate Requirements • Background Check • Able to Lift 50 pounds • Drug Test • Stand for Shift Duration • Must be at least 18 years old Associate Benefits • Casual Dress Code • Other on the spot perks • Paid Training • Weekly paychecks • Direct Deposit or Cash Card pay options • Medical / Dental Insurance • Referral Bonus (Restrictions Apply) • Starting @ $16.00 hourly • Holiday & Vacation We look forward to you joining our team!
