We own a 102 unit apartment community in Hamilton, and are currently rehabbing an additional 16 units next door. One of my favorite maintenance supervisors has been handling this site for me for years, and he's just announced that he and his wife are moving out of state to work closer to family. This a going to be tough on us because he is amazing and we've really grown to depend on him.
We are looking for his replacement.
*Must have rehab experience (drywall, tile, paint, hanging cabinets, etc)
*General maintenance knowledge and experience (HVAC is a bonus)
*Background check will be performed (criminal check, drug test)
This is a great "bread and butter" apartment community - laid back tenants, basic simple maintenance, etc. You'll have one part time maintenance employee under you.
Start with helping finish the rehab and sharing maintenance and then shift into taking over the maintenance supervisor position within 6 weeks.
