Part Time - Approximately 5-10 hours a week or as needed. Perform minor repairs and must have a firm understanding of general plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems. Landscaping, mowing, weed clearing & basic cleaning of Restrooms & Laundry Facilities. Requirements: * Valid driver's license * Have own vehicle * Available between the hours of 9am to 4pm or as needed * Ability to understand basic English (bilingual a major plus) * We supply all cleaning supplies, tools & equipment to perform the job * Hard working and reliable * Positive/professional attitude * Able to lift up to 30lbs * Ability to endure strong physical demands during the work hours * Have the ability to pass a back round check MUST BE DEPENDABLE!!!
