Hey, I'm bored this weekend and figured I could teach someone how to make authentic Korean kimchi and maybe make a friend. I'll show you step-by-step how to make Korean kimchi the way that my ancestors did for thousands of years, from making the chili paste, to fermenting the cabbage. The whole experience will last for a few hours and you'll walk away with your own jar of kimchi and, more importantly, the knowledge of how to make it. My primary goal is to make a friend, not money, but the ingredients and preparation cost money, so the whole thing will be $40 and expect to spend a couple of hours. We can meet at my home or in a public place, like a park, up to you, we can talk and figure out the details.
