Description
Looking for an extremely detail oriented person who can help change airbnbs over, clean homes to get ready to sell, occasional minor repairs, house painting, laundry, and some ocassional yard work will all be included. Work is sporadic but has hard and fast deadlines so you must be able to have a flexible schedule, and you must be free from 10:00-4:00. Starting at 10.50 per hour with opportunity to make more depending on experience and how well you train. Ability to do everything listed is not required to apply, but is a bonus. This is contract work so you will receive a 1099 at the end of the year, we do not withhold taxes. Please email or text, do not call.
