We're in need of a handyman service that is able to perform odd-end repairs at our rental properties.
Repairs include:
- Securing bricks on exterior landing
- Installing address numbers
- Securing wooden door unto fence
- Treating water damaged drywall/mold
- Installing drywall unto opening in the wall
- Repairing bathroom exhaust fans
- Changing air filters at rental properties
- Resecuring fallen gutter
- Installing caulk to seal a crack in a window ledge
- Removing vines growing alongside property
- Installing mailbox
(to name a few)
Properties are located on the south side and East Garfield Park neighborhood.
You must have your own tools and vehicle.
