Description

Movers: Load, unload, pack and prepare customers items with care. Must be while being willing to learn, listen, communicate, organize, and work as a team. Must be able to physically lift heavy items 50lbs and up while using appropriate equipment as needed. Take inventory of the items to ensure no damages, any damages or lost items are to be reported to the driver (lead). Transfer the furniture and items to the new located area within the home. Must provide each service in a clean, safe, and professional manner. Drivers (Lead): must have VALID DLs to drive the trucks, must be able to operate trucks up to 26 ft. Ensure that the truck is equipped with all the required tools. Organize and clean the truck when the job is done before dropping off at the end of service. Interact with the customers if they have any questions, concerns, or feedback before reaching out to the owner or Assistant. Report any lost or damaged items/furniture to the customer and owner. Review with the customer ensure the payment amount and any overages are all calculated before checking in to receive payment at the end of each move and provide the review link to the customer via text.
