Description
Wanted dependable person to help with various maintenance items and property inspections for Commercial and Residential properties in mostly the McHenry county area.
Person must be over 25 years of age
Have a valid DL and dependable transportation (preferable be able to carry a 4' ladder and basic tools)
No physical limitations
Self Starter and able to complete tasks without supervision
Job is not glamourous but steady work year round and can provide room to grow within the company. 30 hours a week to start (9am to 3pm) may go to full time if applicant can handle more responsibilities.
May include changing light bulbs, emptying garbage cans, light painting, pressure washing, picking up trash, light landscape items, filling water softeners, knocking down wasp nests, cleaning vacant units, etc.
You will need to drive from property to property and complete work orders. Hourly pay plus fuel reimbursement.
