Care for our two sweet and active boys

We are looking for a nanny for our two boys (ages 2.5 and 4.5) during this school year (ideally we would continue with the same nanny next school year as well). We are both teachers and we live in South Minneapolis near Lake Hiawatha. We would need care from 6:15 a.m. to 3:45 p.m. Monday through Friday. Both boys will need to be transported to and from a preschool program for a few hours during the day, during which time you would have a lot of freedom (working on a book, errands, online class, etc.) Our boys are very active and very sweet! They love being outside, music, dancing, playing pretend, and reading. They are great friends and play together well (most of the time!).
