Looking for Insured roofer(s) to remove and instal new shingle roof (approximate 1000sf) at 257 Townsend Street, New Brunswick, NJ 08901 Specification: 1. Tear off existing roof shingles 2. replace rotten wood roof as needed 3. Install ice and water shied on beginning roof edge and all valleys 4. Install felt black 15 covering all decking roof 5. Install new shingles (G.A. F/E.L.K.) :HD life time 6. Install continuous ridge vent to ventilation of attic 7. Replace new step flashing on chimney or where needed 8. Install new vent pipes flange collars if possible 9. Reseal all flashing chimney with karnack flashing cement 10. Change Getter (5”) and downspout as needed 11. clean out and take away all garbage MUST have Good CHECKABLE AND VERIFIABLE REFERENCES OF PREVIOUS PROJECTS DONE TO COMPLETION
