Essential Job Duties: Complete work orders for local Apartment Community Maintain property grounds Perform Apartment turnover, including painting, cleaning, and general maintenance Maintain pool Perform on-call maintenance as part of a 3-5 week on-call rotation Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Basic knowledge of apartment building systems and maintenance preferred Positive attitude and good verbal and written communication skills Reliable transportation to get to work and respond to on-call emergencies Ability to exert 25 to 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or 10 to 20 pounds consistently Basic tools required for maintenance
