About us We are Aaron’s Estate Sales and we are the most professional estate sale team in the industry and we are currently looking for Team Members and Managers to join our Post Estate Sale Clean-Out Division! We hold many estate sales throughout the week and our main job as part of the Clean-Out Division is to enter these homes' Post Estate Sale and clear the remaining items inside the home. It’s that simple! We begin the day with a walkthrough of the property as a team and build our systemized game plan to efficiently clear the home of every item. As a Manager you will walk and work side by side with your team and lead them through a successful clean-out. Team Members will be required to remove items from homes into the designated areas outside. The types of items vary - most items are smaller home goods with a small portion of items being furniture and bigger items. Once a home is cleared out we do a quick vacuum and sweep of the property and the job is complete! Most clean-outs are done within a day or two, with some lasting a few days. You will be accompanied by a great team that will work together towards the same goal: Clearing out the contents of the homes of our clients within the expected timeline. -- We have had great success these past few years and always have an amazing, growing team to service the greater metro Detroit area. We keep it fun, professional and always get the job done right to keep our clients happy! We have been working with our local community to help as many clients downsize and liquidate their estates and are now ready to offer more services to help those clients. We are currently hiring hard working, friendly & responsible talent to join us on our mission to help every senior citizen in the country downsize and liquidate their estates. Responsibilities Our main objective: Remove excess items from homes after our estate sales are over and donations have been removed. Complete the easy to follow clean-out process start to finish. Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively. SAFELY operate at all times. We move every item out of homes and size/weight will vary on items. Make sure safety equipment and marketing material is easy to access at all times. Be able to make logistical decisions (when to dispose of, what to donate or recycle, how to best complete a job, how to package items and load a truck). Go out of your way to be friendly (smile, eye contact, small-talk) to everyone whom you come in contact with throughout the day – especially your clients. Look, act and become a part of the AES Team– We keep our appearance to a high standard and provide you with our uniform so you can uphold that standard. We follow that up with an incredible attitude (smiles and eye contact). Help to train new hires about the day to day operations and core values. Prevent careless and costly mistakes, including damage, injury, unhappy clients, lost equipment, etc. Check-in regularly throughout the day with direct supervisor for additional assignments and troubleshooting guidance Relevant experience in Moving, Landscaping, General Labor, Truck Driver and/or Sales are considered an asset Qualifications Who we're looking to hire: If you love customer service and helping others, you've come to the right place. No experience necessary! We provide hands-on training to all to ensure you succeed. Must meet the following qualifications: Must be able to lift 50 pounds with a team. Reliable transportation to and from work. Valid/Active Driver's License. Eligible to work in the United States. Drug and alcohol-free. Must be able to pass a federal background check.
