General Manager Requirement:
- Need to have experience in Restaurant or catering business in the pass
- Need to have good communication with customers
- Understand how to make tea drink
- Hard working
- Good Teamwork
- Coordinating daily restaurant Management operations
- Delivering superior food and beverage service and maximizing customer satisfaction
- Responding efficiently and accurately to restaurant customer complaints
- Strong leadership, motivational and people skills
- Acute financial management skills
- Extensive Food and Beverage knowledge, with ability to remember and recall ingredients and dishes to inform customers and wait staffs
Kitchen Staff Requirements:
- Must be comfortable prepping, cooking, cleaning, and restocking
- Able to lift and carry at least 50 lbs and stand/walk for 8 plus hours
- Must speak English.
- Previous experience is a plus
