Rehoming 4 month old pitbull puppy

We took in a beautiful little blue male pitbull puppy after someone dumped him and 4 other litter mates by my apartment. We have had him for about 3 weeks, but my male dog I already have is NOT getting along with him at all. Still obviously needs work on potty training. He was clearly neglected when we found him. He's a very good puppy. Unfortunately my dog just isn't allowing another male in the home. I'm asking $250 for a rehoming fee to ensure He's going to An actual loving home due to his breed. I don't want him to just go anywhere.
