Male that spoke to you as I passed you when you were stopped on the side of the trail heading towards Leesburg. I was hoping that you would stop further down the trail so that we could chat. You said that this was the first time on the W&OD trail when you passed by while I was getting water. I would be interested in a cycling partner to ride the W&OD, other trails, road rides.
