2 DAYS: DAY-PRIOR + DAY-OF EVENT DESIGN ASSISTANT DESCRIPTION We are seeking a temporary Design/Decor Event Assistant to help with party prep, set up, and removal for a baby shower event taking place in the Lake Travis area of Austin, Texas on Saturday July 24th, 2021. We will need help the day prior to the event on July 23rd and the day of the event. TASKS INCLUDING: Righthand assistance to Lead Designer/Event Planner/Company Director Prepping and arranging decorations, floral, balloons, desserts table, buffet food styling, beverage bar, signs, gifts Assistance with furniture/seating arrangements Removal/tear down assistance after the event is over TIME COMMITMENT: Friday 07/23 11:00am - 3:00pm (4 hours) + Saturday 07/24 10:00am - 4:00pm + 8:30pm to 9:30pm (7 hours) QUALIFICATIONS: Must be local to Austin, Texas Detail oriented Quick and efficient with time management Loves being hands-on Positive can-do attitude Enjoys bringing a creative vision to life!
