Flats on Chapel is currently seeking a Full Time Assistant Maintenance to join our team at a 216-unit apartment community. Responsibilities include, but not limited to: general repair, maintenance of appliances, plumbing, electrical, painting, make ready apartments, grounds, pools and HVAC.
*HVAC certification required
*Rotating On-Call schedule
