The ideal candidates should be able to operate various machines and work in a hot environment. Requirements: Able to work in a hot environment Able to reliably work a pre-set rotating schedule Read and interpret safety instructions, verbally and in formats in English Basic computer and math skills Able to lift up to 50lbs. regularly Able to stand on your feet for long periods of time Able to pass a drug screen Posses soft skills Have reliable transportation Willing to work in a team environment Equipment experience a HUGE PLUS but not required for all positions Must be authorized to work in the United States Benefits of the caster/ melt technician: Weekly Pay Full Time Long-Term, Contract-to-Hire Early Check Program (with a fee) Referral Program (can earn up to 1,000 dollars by just referring your friends!) Attendance Program (can earn up to 1,00 dollars just by showing up to work!) Health Insurance Perform equipment which may include: presses, mills, casters, shredders, ovens, annealers, and/or slitters Ensure that product is continuously flowing while visually inspecting to ensure quality standards and customer specifications are met Operate forklift if necessary Any other work-related duties assigned by supervisor Show up with a positive and can do attitude Multiple shifts available! $19 - $20/hour depending on experience/shift/position.
