Position Overview: The position is responsible for providing, administration, and documentation assistance to Project Managers on projects to ensure compliance while managing deliverables. Advanced training & continued education will be provided as needed subject to those who qualify. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: · Building & maintaining relationships with all clients residential & commercial. · Documentation/Record Keeping: Tracking, note taking & development of your prospect. · Negotiation · Proposal/Scope writing · Be the point of contact for the client & attend close out of project with client; Complete the Process. · Attend company meetings and training when required. · Travel to meet clients at job sites and offices and/or attend virtual meetings. Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Other Qualifications: · Must possess personal values that are in alignment with those of the company. · Skill in attention to detail, decision making, and problem solving. · Skill in identifying potential risks and providing solutions · Ability to be diplomatic. · Ability to perform duties with limited supervision · Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing. · Ability to be professional in appearance and presentation · Must have reliable transportation. · Results driven, enthusiastic, great listener, able to connect with people easily. · Construction industry knowledge is a plus but not required. · Strong Client service skills & consistent communication skills. · Thinking outside the box mentality in the ever-changing current social environment · Efficient time management skills · Basic computer skills: Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Adobe PDF Education and Experience: · High School Diploma/GED, College Degree preferred Performance Standards: · Meet monthly sales goals. · Meet with management to discuss & strategize sales plans and set monthly goals. Compensation: · $60K-$120K+: Uncapped commissions Working Environment: · Remote & office, driving to client locations & job sites. Physical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. · While performing the duties of this job, the employee may frequently be walking during site visits. Employees may also be frequently sitting and/or standing. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will have to constantly engage in different types of movement, such as climbing ladders, balancing, walking, stooping, and handling of materials. This position may require occasional lifting of light to medium weight objects.
