As more companies are requiring vaccination as terms of employment or in their terms of service many of us need to request exemption due to religious purposes. If you have a sincerely held religious belief that prevents you from taking the vaccine and need help documenting that for presentation please contact me for help. I am an ordained minister and will take your religious beliefs into account and create a statement formally requesting exemption. Thank you, I look forward to hearing from you.
