Please find my kitty between S.E 158th and Division and Powell blvd

Please help find my Mister Kitty,I brought him to my mom's to escape the heat wave,and he dissapered,I think he got lost somewhere in the neighborhoods between Powell and SE Division,158th area. Im super worried about him especially because he has a eye condition that needs taken care of,so he probably can't see very well..he is big with grey and gold stripes... please help find him..
