Maintenance/handyman needed for properties, such as during tenant turn overs, and numerous other times. Minor repairs, painting, cleaning, etc. Someone else is doing major repairs. This is an independent contractor position, not salaried. You would maintain a timesheet and submit it weekly for payment. We ARE NOT looking for a handyman service.
