Ongoing Misc Help needed in Roselle Park. We are very close to Roselle Park Library.
Looking for someone who lives local in Roselle Park who can help with following
1) Place trash on Curb once/twice (to be discussed) a week
2) Blow parking lot, collect leaves, branches, trash (if any) and bag them (once a month)
3) Weed Wack a very small patch of grass (April, May, June, July is weekly and Aug, Sep, Oct, Nov and Dec is biweekly)
4) Spray Weed Killer / Ant killer as needed
5) Clean Up and pick up leaves, branches after storm (if any)
6) Any other misc stuff at parking lot /outside the building related to cleaning
We have someone who maintains everything inside the building so you will be looking after exterior chores only.
Will pay cash.. We are looking for someone who is local who can do this without charging an arm and a leg. This will be an ongoing engagement. And will stop the moment you stop performing the duties.
