is seeking for our facility in Garland, TX  Printing Press Operator Must be comfortable operating fast-moving printing equipment safely. Run presses, wrappers, and packaging machines. Changeover presses plates, screens, and inks from job to job. Replace raw material napkins, cups, etc., as jobs require. Run presses as efficiently as possible. Safely handle chemicals and inks according to proper PPE requirements. Inspect items as they come off presses to assure quality and meet production standards. Make minor adjustments to machine to maintain quality and productivity. Be able to do minor troubleshooting and know when to call a mechanic over Must be responsible for quality of product off machine. Bilingual preferred Counter Wrapper: Restocking material in warehouse Counting and wrapping napkins, cups, or plates Inspect items as they come off presses to assure quality and meet production standards Assist with operator tasks such as clean-ups, wash-ups, and changeovers Screen Washer:  Supply the presses with appropriate chemicals, inventory, and other parts as needed Supply ink buckets to the appropriate workcenters as designated by schedules or supervisors Restocking material in warehouse Washing silk screens as needed with pressure washer Packing finished orders as needed Assist with operator tasks such as clean-ups, wash-ups, and changeovers Essential functions: Lift up to 30 lbs., up to 30 times per 8-hr. shift Must be able to walk and stand for 8 hours Basic record keeping of production and mathematics
