Integrity First Maintenance is looking for skilled, quality roofers to complete work orders for single family rental homes. These will be mostly roof repairs not full replacements.
IFM is a contractor-focused platform that provides 1099 contractors with scheduled work orders based around the contractor's availability, location, and skill set. There are no fees associated with working with us. We will handle the scheduling, estimates, and invoicing. Grow your business with no advertising costs or overhead.
Requirements:
- Must drive a truck, van, or SUV
- Pass Background Check
- Valid drivers license
- Proof of auto insurance
The Pay:
-Labor payout for each work order is dependent on the scope of work.
-Pay is by direct deposit on a NET30 or NET7 basis
