RCI Systems is a full service fire protection company located in Tempe, Arizona. RCI provides fire sprinkler design, installation, and service to our customers and we are currently seeking a Fire Sprinkler Fitter Trainee/Helper to join our team! This position will provide the opportunity to learn the fire sprinkler industry through studies and on-the-job training. It is a requirement that you can handle physically demanding work and the ability to work well with others. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the necessary characteristics, aptitude, motivation, and personality traits conducive to success in our trade. Qualifications: -Reliable transportation -Must be able to lift equipment up to 80 pounds -Construction background is a plus but not required -Punctual -Ability to work in all conditions (Hot/Cold/Humid weather, Small/Cramped Quarters, etc.) -Climb Ladders & Work on a Lift -Work Under Supervision -Mechanically Inclined -Maintain a Clean and Safe Work Environment -Attention to Detail Requirements: -High School Diploma or Equivalent -Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) -Pass a Background Check -Pass a Drug Screening Job Details: -Health/Dental/Vision Insurance -401K -Paid Time Off & Sick Time -Future Potential for Promotion (Fitter, Foreman, Superintendent) -$500 Signing Bonus once you complete 90 days
