Job Description To Assist Customers with their needs of inventory items. To maintain yard cleanliness, assist in inventory procedures. Make deliveries as directed by Caldwell or Boise Managers and the De-Icing Coordinator. Work well with other in a fast paced environment. Must be able to follow instructions and communicate well with others. To help other employees when asked and maintain a teamwork environment. Installation of snowplows and other products. Help with work needed in the fabrication shop. Some on call weekends. Duties include but not limited to The candidate will perform standard shop tasks such as, unloading shipments of product, count and inspect shipments received, stock product in proper staging areas, track inventory, cleaning, customer service. Communicate clearly with co-workers, customers, and vendors. Help customers load product purchases. Deliver to builder locations effectively. Deliver De-Icer tanks and De-icer Materials to customer's locations. Pick up inventory from vendors. Aid the Boise yard lead in anything that they are needing assistance of. Performing after hour services. Any other job duties can be directed by the General Manager or the Stock Holders. The Job responsibilities of this position can be changed at any time by the GM. Requirements and Qualifications We are looking for a motivated, educated leader that does not require constant supervision, can keep good records of work performed, and multi-task on a continuous basis. We are looking for an individual with experience in delivery and CDL background. Forklift experience is preferred. Computer skills are needed and being well-spoken and presentable to a professional group is required. The ability to lift 75 pounds and a good driving record is also necessary. They need to have a Class B CDL with tankers endorsement required. Candidate must have the desire to learn new skills. Reading of fabrication drawings and ability to read a tape measure. Welding knowledge preferred but not required. High School Diploma or Equivalent required. Bilingual (Spanish) preferred but not required. Pre-employment drug screening required. Pay: $17-19 per hour DOE / Class B with tanker endorsement.
