Wages for movers is $10-$15 an hour (with potential to earn more with time, experience, show of dedication & consistency) plus tips depending on experience, education, etc... Responsibilities as a Lead Driver / Mover: Move, pack and load customers’ items onsite at their place of residence Act as the face of Move It Or Lose It by delivering exceptional customer service Lead Drivers / Movers will drive a team of helpers to complete 1-3 moving / storage jobs per day (pending size of jobs) Maintain a high level of safety, a strong quality of work, and an excellent customer experience on each job Daily Duties: Safe operation of Moving Trucks (for drivers) Properly loading and unloading Moving Trucks Moving heavy household and commercial goods Complete ongoing training with management staff Have a daily positive attitude Requirements Making sure moving truck is cleaned out and ready for next job. 18+ Y/O Valid Driver’s License Driving experience of box trucks of 1 year+ DOT Card is a plus Physical and Mental endurance!!! Able to lift 50lbs overhead for a minute or longer We offer free training!
