Asking $50. Hutch itself is 77 x 40 x 23 actual enclosure area 46 x 38 x 22. We used it for parakeets but can def b used as iquana cage. U could even use it for ferrets if u ass a couple of shelves. Comes with plexi glass windows that attach by magnets. Has 2 holes in the top for heat lamps. There is also a regular light in the middle. Floor is linoleum for easy clean up. Bottom half makes for storage for your pets supplies or whatever else. Asking $50 for quick sale. Cabinet itself could benefit from a fresh new coat of paint since my kitten scratches the doors up
