Electrician needed for quick HVAC job

Looking for experienced electrician that can reconnect the power back to our newer HVAC unit. Old unit was a 20 ton unit and was replaced with a 10 ton unit. 10 ton unit currently in place. Breaker and wiring is already ran and in place. We need to make sure that we can use the 90amp breaker on this 60amp unit, but we are not sure.
