Maintenance Technician, you must have working knowledge of all aspects of residential facility maintenance (basic plumbing, electrical, & mechanical) including the ability to troubleshoot problems and provide exceptional customer service. This is a full time position with on-call rotations. Responsibilities include: Completes a broad range of preventive maintenance and repairs Responds to work orders Prepare vacant suites for presentation and move-ins Maintain buildings interior and exterior, grounds upkeep Appliance installation & repair Installs, maintains and repairs plumbing fixtures Basic HVAC maintenance Knowledgeable with hand & power tools Maintains safe and clean working environment All other duties as assigned Competitive salary based on experience, health and dental, 401(k), and generous paid time off including vacation, personal, sick and holiday.
