The ideal candidate will meet the following qualifications: Must have a minimum of two semesters in hands-on culinary education and/or have at least 6 months experience in a high-volume kitchen. The ability to lift at least 50 pounds. Must have knowledge to prep, and basic fry/grill as needed Must be up to date with Texas Food Handlers certification or willing to obtain certification when hired. The ability to read and follow recipes perfectly. The knowledge of using basic kitchen equipment The determination to work safely. Must have reliable transportation. Must be able to work nights and holidays.
