Fairfax is a Kitchen Exhaust Commercial Cleaning company that cleans restaurants and healthcare facilities at the customers location in northern Ohio. All our work is done when the kitchens are closed. This is a Foreman position that includes: Residing in Elyria, Lorain area Having a valid driver's license and a safe driving record Training for a qualified applicant Keeping and driving the work van (Ford Transit Connect) to jobs Working alone or with one helper, supervising all aspects of the job Using a power washer Climbing a ladder 1 story Ability to lift/carry 35 lbs a short distance Passing background and drug screening On Job Site Includes: Provide customer service through communication with customers Clean the Kitchen Exhaust System (hoods, ducts, filters and exhaust fans) Contact cleaning by scrubbing and scraping and/or power washing the cooking areas Work in areas, requiring kneeling or standing while cleaning for short periods of time Ideal applicant will possess a work ethic, be able to work with their hands and be trustworthy.
