Reliable Lead Guitarist Needed

A well-known cover duo/trio in the Cleveland area is looking to turn things into a full band & we need a reliable lead guitarist to do so. We're looking for someone who can obviously handle anything thrown at them, but we also want someone who is going to fit our vibe more than anything else. We need someone who is laid back, has a good work ethic, is a team player, willing to collaborate & work together, & someone with a good sense of humor. We are basically a bunch of guys in our 30's that act like we are 15, but we still are good at what we do & constantly work to be better. We'd love to get someone else around our same age but are looking for someone between 25-40 years of age. We're EXTREMELY busy and are completely booked solid until October. We're looking to do the same moving into next year & plan on playing out as much as possible. The set ist is mostly classic rock, 90's rock, & some other random stuff. We play a little bit of everything honestly but are looking to change things up a bit once the new guitarist is in place.
