Since 1991, our 100+ professionals have proudly served small, medium and large businesses throughout our service territory. WE ARE CURRENTLY SEEKING CANDIDATES FOR FLOATER CLEANING POSITIONS. THIS CANDIDATE WILL CLEAN AT VARIOUS ACCOUNTS TO COVER OPENINGS, VACATIONS, ETC. THEY WILL ALSO DO SPECIAL PROJECT WORK SUCH AS BUFFING AND WAXING FLOORS. POSITION TYPICALLY WILL BE MONDAY THRU FRIDAY BUT MAY REQUIRE WEEKEND HOURS. MILEAGE WILL BE PAID TO TRAVEL BETWEEN CLEANING LOCATIONS. Available Shifts Evening Shift -Weekdays  4:00pm - 11:00; some weekends required with advance notice Overnight Shift - Weekdays 11pm - 6am; some weekends required with advance notice Key Responsibilities: Travel to multiple sites each shift Perform all tasks and duties as assigned, which may include but is not limited to  conducting quality audits/inspections, interfacing with customers to address service deficiencies, performing general cleaning tasks as necessary, monitoring equipment and supply levels, assisting with personnel training, and performing special projects as necessary Interface with all customers, vendors and employees in a courteous, helpful, and professional manner Maintain all equipment and supplies according to Company policies Minimum Qualifications: 5 - 7  years prior experience working in a commercial janitorial, housekeeping, or custodial field is required 3 - 5 years experience interfacing directly with customers, employees and vendors is required Must have strong written and verbal communication skills  Must have strong technical skills and able to learn and use prescribed technology such as email, smart phones, and various Microsoft applications Prior knowledge of floor maintenance, especially VCT strip/wax procedures is highly preferred This is a highly visible position, the qualified candidate must be punctual, responsible, respectful and hard-working This job requires frequent lifting, bending and standing and is physically demanding Must be willing to submit criminal and background check Apply Now:
