Looking for Painter to paint my rental house. Prep Work 1. Fix/Replace Siding Corner Caps (Minor) 2. Fix/Replace/Clean Gutter Caps (Minor) 3. Repair/Patch up Chimney 4. Power Wash 5. Caulk/Scrap loose pieces as Needed Paint Exterior of House - Everything you see outside. Paint Three Colors - Two Coats (As needed), - Siding, Base, Porch, Awnings(Front/Back), Chimney, Front Railing, Doors, Gutters/Downspout, suffits, etc. - On one side of the house, may need to roll instead of spray (so paint doesn't get on neighbor's house).
