Looking for a painter right away......as soon as possible to help with rental turnover work.
These are nicer houses, not the usual campus rental apartments.
One of my guys just broke his foot while hiking.
Another has an ill family member that he has to help out with.
So I'm short handed.
I'm an experienced remodeler in the Ann Arbor area, and I pay promptly.
I can pay cash at the end of the 1st day or 2.
Most of our projects are inside and the houses have A/C.
I do need someone experienced, drug free and sober.
And who looks pretty presentable and won't scare the customers or neighbors.
Yes - I know - that is a lot to ask.
If you have any other skills, such as repair /maintenance, that would be great.
I have a lot of work that needs doing within the next couple of weeks.
If things work out, this could turn into a lot more work in the future.
I need someone who can show up and work fast and smart.
Our jobs are all in the Ann Arbor area.
You will need reliable transportation.
And your own basic tools and equipment.
Pay is based on skill level and speed.
$ is negotiable. Lets talk, and I can pay pretty good for the right person.
