Clean out a hot tub and tip it on its side for repair

We have a 4 person hot tub that needs a repair underneath it. This gig is to spray out the hot tub, which has rain water in it and then lift the hot tub on its side on the concrete pad it sits on. The hot tub is empty but has rain water which has leaked into it and sat. You can use straps or 4 guys to lift. The hot tub will be empty. It does not need moved but tipped on its side so a cracked pipe can be fixed. We have the hot tub repair person already but he cannot do the labor portion of the job. Ty Spraying out the hot tub is a 20 to 30 min job. Lifting it is man power but with enough should be fairly quick.
