We are looking for reliable handymen, cleaners, and painters to undertake upkeep and repair tasks at the interior and exterior of our buildings in Albany and one in Slingerlands. We’ll rely on you to keep our facilities in perfect condition by doing various odd jobs. We are looking for a team of people that can perform: taping & painting, general handyman tasks: i.e. plumbing tasks (unclogging sinks, replacing toilets, etc.), cleaners (turning over apartment units at move-out and bi-weekly hallway cleaning), electricians, carpenters, and hvac specialist.
