We are a local real estate management LLC in need of a part time repairman to tend to the everyday needs and repair issues for our tenants that come up. Need to have experience in: basic plumbing and electrical repair(replacing outlets and fixtures for instance, nothing that is too complicated), changing locks, drywall repair, ceiling tile repair. We also prefer someone with experience in sub-flooring repair, hot water heater, furnace and boiler maintenance but these are not required. Basically we are looking for someone who has a little experience in tending to most of the tasks outlined above but we don’t expect someone to have experience in all of these areas, and that’s okay. The job is part time, 15-20 hours per week, $20 per hour with the opportunity for the those figures to increase if the relationship works out. If interested please text me at 716.949.4098. Thanks!
