Getting ready to sell home and need a move-out cleaner as I just moved out of state. All furniture and personal items have already been removed, but needs cleaned prior to listing. Willing to negotiate and pay more for job completion if done quickly. Home is a 5BR/3BA and approximately 3000sqft. Cleaner will need to bring own cleaning supplies. Willing to pay hourly or per room depending on personal preference.
