Production Workers-Nashua, Iowa 2nd shift-$13.50 hrly (3pm-1130pm) 3rd shift-$14.00 hrly (11pm-730am) *****$1.00 hrly attendance bonus and weekly gas per diem for travel to and from work if located out of town.***** Local industrial packaging manufacturer in Nashua, Iowa is looking to hire several Production Workers to train in preparation for the new facility coming to Waterloo in September. Responsibilities: Retrieving Remove blow molded drum from unloading device. Remove flashing from top and bottom of drum with hammer, set flashings aside to cool on cooling cart, and inspect drums for obvious defects. Check drums for leaks in leak tester as required. Allow good drums to cool then place on pallet. Take reject drums to regrind area. Place bung and vent plugs in drum and tighten as required. Experience/Qualifications: Previous experience in manufacturing or production a plus Ability to lift up to 50lbs Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment Maintain a clean production area Visually inspect plugs, set aside those obviously defective.
