Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: Assists in Make Ready / Turning Units in between tenant occupancy Painting/Staining both interior and exterior applications Maintaining grounds (Assists when a groundskeeper is utilized) Assists in preventative maintenance as assigned Assists in maintaining and keeping a clean and organized maintenance shop and other work areas Assists in exterior structural maintenance as needed May assist in coverage of a 24/7 emergency cell phone with other team members Snow removal (when applicable) Assist in pool maintenance (where applicable) Other duties and special projects as assigned Knowledge, skills and experience required: 2+ years’ experience in apartment maintenance and plumbing. Some dry walling experience including painting and carpentry Basic knowledge of electrical including outlets, switches and light fixtures and small appliances. Have good verbal and written communication Problem solving skills Be able to provide great customer service to our residents Be willing to go through basic training within 30/days HVAC / EPA preferred “A physical demonstration of your ability to complete the basic job duties will be required during the interview process.” Veteran Friendly Employer!
