We are a small property management company seeking a maintenance technician for our four multi-family complexes in Capitol. This location has a total of 114 units; three of the buildings are within walking distance of each other. Job duties include completing work orders for tenants and completing turns during vacancies, which could include minor plumbing, minor electrical, appliance repair and maintenance, drywall repair, painting, etc. This position may require travel to our other multi-family properties, however mileage will be reimbursed at the current Washington State Mileage rate. Qualifications: *Minimum 2 years of experience in a maintenance position *Ability to walk extended distances *Ability to lift 50 pounds *Knowledge of minor plumbing, electrical, painting, drywall, etc. *Must have your own basic tools *Willingness to work on-call emergencies (very minimal) *Current driver's license with adequate transportation *Sick pay is offered for this position after a 90 probationary period *Vacation Pay is accrued and payable after 1 year with the company There are no medical benefits offered for this position at this time This position has room for growth and potential to turn into our lead technician.
