Remodeling Contractor looking for a crew of efficient, safety-minded Laborers for residential and commercial construction in Central and South Orange County area.
Applicants should have residential construction, kitchen and bathroom remodeling, additions experience, own transportation and equipment. Laborers with special skills, such as drywall, plastery, paint, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, framing and flooring are in especially high demand.
We offer competitive pay. Ideal candidates will be capable of working with minimal oversight but willing to follow directions closely.
Looking for experienced laborer to have basic knowledge in following:
• Drywall
• Mud
• Paint
• Stucco
• Plumbing
• Electrical
• Flooring
• Demolition
• Carpentry
• Framing

Requirements:
Unload tools, prepare building site materials, stack building materials, and set up equipment.
Lift heavy loads as needed and navigate construction job site terrain.
Perform setup and cleanup tasks at job site
Provide labor support as needed for specialty crew
Laborer qualifications:
High school diploma/GED preferred
4+ years construction industry experience preferred
Basic understanding of construction principles and procedures
Comfort working in high-stress environment with extreme weather fluctuations
