Driver needed! To drive residential neighborhoods looking for ugly houses. Must have reliable vehicle-fuel efficient car $20 / hr (Drive greater Riverside County & San Bernardino County++) Compensation: Pay is $20/hr, plus $100 per week for gasoline, and $100 per house we buy that you find. We are a real estate company that buys ugly houses. We need a driver to drive Monday - Friday/Saturday, for 3 to 5 hours a day. We are looking for somebody trustworthy, dependable and reliable, who would like this to turn into a long-term position with growth opportunities within our growing company! You will simply drive neighborhoods at slow speeds looking for ugly houses or houses that look neglected or in need of repairs. We will provide basic training on what kinds of houses to look out for, and an App to use to keep track of the houses you find. Must be able to drive all over Riverside & San Bernardino counties to start with plus more eventually. You MUST have: - Reliable car (fuel efficient) - Fast cell coverage with data plan (you need fast data to use our driving app on your phone) - Be able to drive between the hours of 8am to 5pm (choose your own hours within this time) If you are interested, please reply or send us an email with the following: 1.
