Job description: Utilizing best judgement to lead and assist with farm operations to include; shoveling, and moving dirt.. Ability to lift 50 - 70 lb bags of soil. There is opportunity for growth which includes housing. Main duty is shoveling soil into bags. I am also looking for a team of laborers, if you have your own team, or we can build a team. Position is in an outside environment that may have continuous exposure to sun. Sun protection is required. Looking for motivated individuals (2-3) willing and able complete task in a timely manner.
