Aspen Square Management is seeking a hands-on Property Foreman to lead the team at Alpine Commons Apartments in Amherst, MA! Aspen has been thriving for over 60 years, and although we are based here in West Springfield, MA, we have a nationwide portfolio across 12 states comprising over 70 communities. We continuously improve our multifamily assets through capital improvements to provide exceptional apartment living. If you are a natural leader and can train, mentor, and guide a team then we want to meet you! The Property Foreman will have previous management experience, ideally working in multi-family housing. We are looking for someone that is skilled in all aspects of the trades including carpentry, electrical, plumbing. HVAC a plus. The Property Foreman is responsible for: • Customer Service • Apartment make ready • Completing service requests • Rotate responding to emergency calls • Working closely with the property manager to provide a stellar community for our residents • Grounds maintenance (with vendor assistance) • Preventative Maintenance • Budgeting • Promoting opportunities in the company and building your team • Scheduling and leading the team Requirements: • Experience in carpentry, electrical, plumbing is a plus • Previous housing industry experience preferred • A hands-on supervisory approach • Certification/licensure in HVAC or Universal EPA preferred • CPO certification preferred • Must have own tools, reliable transportation, and valid license Benefits: • Health, vision, dental insurance • Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) • 401(k) with company match • PTO (vacation, holiday, sick leave) • Ongoing training and professional development To Apply: Submit resume online for review.
