Lawn Maintenance Crew Leaders Crew Leaders are responsible for mentoring, developing and leading their crews; driving company equipment; ensuring quality work is performed (confirming each job is completed satisfactorily), maintaining equipment and monitoring crew mates for safety. This position is in the field managing your crew and your weekly routes. Ownership of this position is required to be successful. Desired Skills & Qualifications • Minimum 1 year of professional experience working in the landscaping industry and/or supervisory experience is preferred for Crew Leader position • Strong problem-solving skills • Ability to work in a team environment • Physical: Ability to lift heavy objects; bend/squat; able to work outdoors in a wide range of weather conditions. These positions are year-round positions that can transition into our snow management team.
